How does the buyback process work?
In four steps: search for your device above or choose a category, enter its condition and see your provisional buyback price. After submitting the buyback form, you receive the shipping information for your order and a free DHL label by email. Pack the device securely and send it in using this shipping method. We inspect it and tell you the result; after your explicit confirmation, we initiate the payout.
What about shipping?
Shipping is free: You'll receive a prepaid shipping label by email. Please pack securely (box + padding) and include the order number in the package.
How long is the price valid?
The displayed price is reserved for 14 days for your selected configuration – subject to device inspection. In case of discrepancies (e.g. lock/defect/different condition) the price may change (counter-offer).
What if I can't find my model?
Use the 'Device not listed?' option at the bottom of the selection. Send us a request and we'll try to make you an offer.
How quickly will I receive my money?
We typically inspect within 1–2 working days of receipt. The payout is then usually processed within 1–2 working days (bank processing times may vary).
Is shipping to TM24 free?
Yes. Every completed purchase request receives a free DHL parcel label by email, regardless of the device value. Liability is governed by the applicable DHL terms and is generally up to €500 per parcel. Pack the device securely and keep the drop-off receipt.
Is the buyback safe?
Yes. Your data is transmitted with SSL encryption. TM24 is a registered company (Telemobile24 GmbH). For questions you can reach us by email and phone.
Do you also buy new devices in their original packaging?
Yes, many models have their own condition level “New / Sealed”. Requirements: in the original packaging, unopened and unused, packaging fully sealed, CE mark on the device and the packaging. Keep the packaging closed and do not switch the device on. Whether we buy your model as new goods is shown in the condition step after you select it.
Do I need to reset my device beforehand?
Yes, please remove personal accounts (iCloud/Google/MDM) and – if possible – reset to factory settings. This protects your data and prevents activation locks.
What happens if the condition doesn't match?
If the information differs, you'll receive a counter-offer with explanation/photos. You can accept or choose return shipping. A return shipping fee applies. (Decision deadline: 7 days.)
Which devices do you buy?
We buy the devices that are available in the buyback form (e.g. smartphones, tablets and smartwatches from popular manufacturers). The available selection may vary by model.
Can I also sell a tablet or a laptop?
Yes. Choose the “Tablet” or “MacBook / Laptop” category above or search for your model directly. The device list currently shown is what counts. For laptops we also ask about memory (RAM), storage and the power adapter.
